What a first message is for
A useful first message names the workload, the model, the device count and topology, the constraint you are hitting, and what would count as a result. That is enough to establish whether the published evidence applies to your case before either of us spends a technical session on it.
The measured results and their exact scope are public, as is the signed response record — you can run the verifier before writing.
Enquiries are reviewed for workload fit, infrastructure compatibility, and acceptance criteria before a technical session is scheduled.
