cybiont GmbH is a Swiss deep-tech company with three engineering programmes:
- Gentian — software extending inference and training on existing NVIDIA multi-GPU servers, demonstrated on vLLM and Megatron.
- Governance — prototype controls and public audit-evidence work for regulated AI deployments.
- Nidus — governance runtime that mechanises the V-model for AI-assisted engineering through a living specification verified on every mutation.

Dr. Danil Gorinevski
Founder and CTO
PhD in Computational Intelligence. Prior work in control theory and neuroinformatics. Architect of the three cybiont engineering programmes.
Current cybiont work spans Gentian software, a separate longer-horizon silicon and FPGA research track, AI-governance infrastructure, and formalised engineering-process control. The Nidus programme has a public arXiv preprint; Gentian's public measurements and response-record package are linked from its product page.
cybiont continues the R&D line of financial cybernetics GmbH, a 2000 spin-off of the Institute of Neuroinformatics, Ruhr-Universität Bochum.
Investor and strategic partner enquiries
cybiont's current engagement path is Gentian software evaluation on the systems an organisation already runs. Separate FPGA and physical-design work forms a longer-horizon hardware research path.
